Kindly note that by proceeding with payment, you accept our refund and cancellation policies.

1. Service Scope
TRANSPET provides pet relocation services including but not limited to:
Pet Taxi, Airport Drop-Off, Airport Pick-Up, Check-In Assistance, Health Certificate facilitation, and import/export documentation, etc .


2. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the pet (species, breed, weight, age, medical condition, etc.).
All required documents must be submitted before the travel date.
The pet must be in good health and fit to travel, as certified by a licensed veterinarian.


3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations within 10 days or no-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds for vet or airline-related services are subject to third-party policies.
All refund payment will be reflected within 15 to 30 business days after the refund decision is agreed upon to the sender bank account only.


4. Health & Safety
TRANSPET ensures the pet is transported safely and humanely but is not liable for pre-existing health conditions or complications arising from travel stress.
TRANSPET is not responsible for delays or issues caused by airline policies, customs, or governmental restrictions.


5. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made before the service is rendered.
Payment can be made via approved online gateways or bank transfer.
TRANSPET reserves the right to postpone services if payment is not received.


6. Import/Export Compliance
The client is responsible for understanding the pet import/export regulations of the destination country.
TRANSPET assists with paperwork but cannot guarantee entry or clearance if the documents are rejected by authorities.


7. Liability
TRANSPET is not liable for loss, injury, or death of a pet resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including acts of God, delays, or third-party errors (airlines, customs, etc.).
The company will take reasonable care and precautions but cannot offer guarantees beyond its control.


8. Changes to Terms
TRANSPET reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
No a-hole behavior tolerated – we’ve got pet peeves too! 🐾
We believe in kindness, respect, and compassion — for both pets and humans. Rude or abusive behavior may result in termination of service.
